This apartment is located near the upper parking lot in Piau. It’s at the beginning of a small street that leads down to the nearby shopping center. It faces the slopes (with views of the slopes, the Pic de Piau, and the surrounding 3,000-meter peaks) and gets plenty of sun (south-facing living room). It is on the first floor of a two-story building. On the north side, it is at ground level and opens up toward the mountains.

This apartment consists of:
1- A bright, separate bedroom with a double bed (140) and storage furniture.
2- A living room with a bay window and a terrace facing the slopes, which includes:
* on one side, a double sofa bed (clic-clac), storage furniture, a chest, a TV, and a small coffee table.
* on the other side, a fully equipped kitchenette (4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, small electric oven, electric coffee maker and kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue set, electric crepe maker, pressure cooker, stockpot, pots, skillets, sauté pans, cutting board, etc... dishes for 8 people, all stored in cabinets), with a large table (with extension leaves), chairs, stools, and a bench.
3- a hallway, off which there is:
* a sleeping area with 4 single bunk beds (90), 2 on each side, storage drawers, and a small closet.
* a separate restroom (a vacuum cleaner and snow shovels are stored there).
* a bathroom with a shower, sink, and shelves.
In the hallway, you’ll find coat hooks and shelves. Only blankets and pillows are provided. You must bring your own sheets and pillowcases, as well as dish towels and your own bath linens (towels, etc.). Each bed is equipped with a mattress protector, a blanket, a pillow, and a small comforter. If you’re using a sleeping bag, please place a fitted sheet underneath to keep the mattress protector clean.

The apartment entrance is equipped with a digital keypad; you’ll receive the code when you pay the balance and the security deposit.

In the building’s entryway, there is a storage room containing a ski locker secured with a padlock. In the apartment’s hallway, you will find two sets of keys, each containing a key to the ski storage room and a key to the ski locker.
